The process is designed to be straightforward.

You choose your service, tell us about the person you are remembering, provide the cemetery and resting-place details and select the date that matters to you.

We then review the location and requested date before confirming the visit.

Once everything is confirmed, we take care of the floral arrangement and cemetery visit.

Our services

One-off Tribute — $250

A single meaningful visit featuring a fresh floral arrangement selected from our available options, a personalised card where appropriate, placement at the loved one's resting place and a completion photo emailed after the visit.

Annual Remembrance Plan — $1,199/year

A prepaid annual service including four scheduled visits over 12 months.

You choose the dates that matter to you. Each visit includes the specified premium floral arrangement, a card message and a completion photo.

Custom Tributes — Individually quoted

For something more personal, you can request particular flowers, colours, larger arrangements or another design.

You can also share an inspiration photograph or video. We'll review your request and email you a personalised quote.

A custom tribute is only confirmed after you approve the quote and complete payment.

Why the location matters

A cemetery visit depends on having accurate resting-place information.

We ask customers to provide the cemetery, grave or memorial location and, where available, section and plot numbers, a headstone photograph, map pin and access instructions.

These details help us review the visit before confirming it.
