These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Canberra Memorial Flowers website and the purchase or request of our services.

By using our website or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Canberra Memorial Flowers provides floral remembrance services for selected cemeteries and memorial locations across Canberra and Queanbeyan.

One-off Tribute — $250

The One-off Tribute includes:

• A fresh floral arrangement selected from the available options
• A requested visit date
• Personalised card where appropriate
• Placement at the loved one's resting place
• Completion photo after the visit

Annual Remembrance Plan — $1,199/year

The Annual Remembrance Plan is a prepaid 12-month service consisting of four scheduled visits.

The customer selects four dates, such as birthdays, anniversaries, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas or other meaningful occasions.

Each visit includes the floral arrangement specified for the plan, a card message and a completion photo.

Custom Tributes

Custom Tributes are individually quoted.

Customers may request specific flowers, colours, larger bouquets, bespoke arrangements or other designs.

Customers may also submit an inspiration image or video.

A custom tribute is not confirmed until:

Request → Quote → Customer approval → Payment → Confirmation

Booking information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information.

This includes, where applicable:

• Customer details
• Loved one's name
• Cemetery
• Grave or memorial location
• Section
• Plot
• Requested date
• Flower preferences
• Card message
• Map pin
• Headstone photo
• Access information

Requested dates

A date entered during booking is a requested date, not an automatic guarantee.

Canberra Memorial Flowers reviews the cemetery, location and requested date before confirming the visit.

If additional information is required, we may contact you before proceeding.

Cemetery rules

Every cemetery may have its own requirements regarding flowers, memorial items, placement and access.

All services are subject to the rules of the relevant cemetery.

We may need to modify or decline an aspect of a requested arrangement if necessary to comply with cemetery requirements.

Flower availability

Flowers are natural products and availability may vary according to season and supplier availability.

Where a particular flower is unavailable, we may use a suitable alternative of similar style and value where appropriate.

Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to cooperate with us where additional information is required to locate the resting place or complete the service.

Custom quotations

Custom quotations are based on the information available at the time the quote is prepared.

A quote remains subject to the terms stated in the quotation.

No custom service is confirmed until the quote has been accepted and payment has been received.

Completion photographs

Where included in your service, a completion photograph is sent to the email address supplied with the booking.

The photograph is intended to provide confirmation that the visit has been completed.

Events outside our control

A service may be delayed, rescheduled or affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including cemetery closures, restricted access, severe weather, safety issues or unexpected site conditions.

Where possible, we will contact you and discuss the next appropriate step.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees apply automatically to many consumer purchases of services, and businesses must not mislead consumers about those rights.

For services supplied to consumers, the applicable law may provide remedies where a service fails to meet consumer guarantees.
