One-off Tribute

If you request cancellation before the service has been completed, we will assess the request based on the circumstances and stage of preparation.

Where a visit has not yet been confirmed or substantial preparation has not begun, an appropriate cancellation outcome may be available.

Where preparation or service delivery has already begun, the circumstances may affect what remedy is available.

Annual Remembrance Plan

The Annual Remembrance Plan is a prepaid service covering four visits over 12 months.

If you wish to cancel the plan, contact us as soon as possible.

We will assess any unused portion of the service and the circumstances of the request, taking applicable consumer law into account.

Custom Tributes

A Custom Tribute is not confirmed until the customer approves the quotation and payment has been received.

Once payment has been made, cancellation requests will be considered based on the stage of preparation and service delivery.

If Canberra Memorial Flowers cannot complete a confirmed visit

If we cannot complete a confirmed service because of circumstances within our reasonable control, we will work with you toward an appropriate solution, which may include rescheduling or another remedy.

Consumer guarantees

This policy does not remove or restrict rights provided by the Australian Consumer Law.

Consumers automatically receive applicable consumer guarantees when purchasing services, and those rights cannot simply be removed by a business refund policy.

Where a service does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, the remedy may depend on whether the failure is major or minor and on the circumstances.

Change of mind

A change of mind does not necessarily create an automatic legal entitlement to a refund. Any rights available to you will depend on applicable law and the circumstances of the service.
