02 — Tell us about the resting place

We'll ask for the information needed to help us find the right location.

Please provide:

• Loved one's name
• Cemetery
• Grave or memorial location
• Section number, where available
• Plot number, where available
• Headstone photo, where available
• Map pin, where available
• Access instructions

03 — Choose the date

Select the date you would like the visit to take place.

Your requested date is not automatically guaranteed. We review the cemetery, location information and requested date before confirming the visit.

04 — We prepare the tribute

Once the visit has been reviewed and confirmed, we arrange the flowers and card message according to the service you've selected.

05 — We complete the visit

We attend the relevant resting place and place the tribute with care.

06 — You receive a completion photo

Once the visit is complete, we email you a photograph of the finished tribute where a completion photo is included in your service.

One important thing to know

Flowers and other memorial items must comply with the rules of the relevant cemetery.

If we cannot confidently locate the grave or memorial from the information provided, we'll contact you before proceeding.
