Will my requested date be confirmed immediately?
No. We review the cemetery, resting-place information and requested date before confirming the visit. If we need more information, we will contact you.
What if I don't know the section or plot number?
That's okay. Provide as much information as you have, and add a headstone photo or map pin where possible. We may contact you for additional details before confirming the visit.
What happens if you can't locate the grave?
We will contact you if the resting place cannot be confidently located from the information provided. The visit is not treated as confirmed until the location and requested date have been reviewed.
Can I request particular flowers or colours?
You can choose from the arrangements available for the One-off Tribute and add flower preferences or notes in the booking form. For a fully bespoke arrangement, use the Custom Tributes service instead.
How much notice do you need?
Please provide your requested date as early as possible. We review the cemetery and location details before confirming the visit, so we need enough time to complete that review and prepare the arrangement.
Do cemetery rules apply to the flowers?
Yes. Flowers and any other items must comply with the rules of the cemetery or memorial location. If a requested arrangement or item cannot be placed, we will contact you.
