What happens if you cannot locate the grave or memorial? +
We’ll contact you if the location details provided are not sufficient to confidently identify the resting place. Please provide a section, plot number, headstone photo, map pin or access instructions where available.
Can I choose birthdays, anniversaries and holidays as my four dates? +
Yes. You can choose dates that are meaningful to you, including a birthday, anniversary, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas or another important day.
What is included at each of the four visits? +
Each visit includes the premium floral arrangement specified for the plan, your card message and a completion photo emailed after the visit is complete.
Is the annual plan prepaid? +
