Service Delivery Policy
Canberra Memorial Flowers provides an in-person remembrance service, rather than a conventional shipped product.
One-off Tribute
For the $250 One-off Tribute, the customer selects the available floral arrangement and requests a visit date.
We then:
- Review the cemetery and location details
- Review the requested date
- Confirm the visit
- Prepare the flowers
- Place the tribute at the resting place
- Email the completion photograph
Annual Remembrance Plan
The $1,199 annual plan includes four scheduled visits across 12 months.
The customer selects four dates.
Each scheduled visit includes:
- The specified floral arrangement
- Card message
- Placement at the resting place
- Completion photograph
Custom Tribute
Custom Tributes follow a different process.
Enquiry → Review → Quote → Approval → Payment → Confirmation → Visit
The customer does not pay at the initial enquiry stage.
A secure payment link is provided after the quote has been approved.
Cemetery and location review
Before confirming a visit, we may review:
- Cemetery
- Grave or memorial location
- Section
- Plot
- Map pin
- Headstone photograph
- Access requirements
- Requested visit date
If we cannot locate the grave
If we cannot confidently identify the resting place from the information provided, we will contact the customer.
The visit should not be considered confirmed until the location has been reviewed.
Cemetery rules
Flowers and other items must comply with the relevant cemetery or memorial site's requirements.
If a requested item cannot be placed because of cemetery rules, we may contact you to discuss an alternative.
Completion
Once the visit has been completed, a completion photograph will be emailed where the purchased service includes one.
