The Custom Tribute service is designed for customers who want something beyond our standard floral arrangements.

You can request:

• A larger bouquet
• A bespoke arrangement
• A particular style
• Other meaningful ideas

You can also upload an inspiration photograph or video.

The process

1. Send us your idea

Complete the Custom Tribute enquiry form with your requirements.

2. Provide the details

Tell us about the loved one, cemetery, resting place, requested date and any other information relevant to the visit.

3. We review your request

We consider the requested flowers, design, location and timing.

4. We send your quote

We email a personalised quotation.

5. You decide

You can review the quote and decide whether you'd like to proceed.

6. Secure payment

If you approve the quote, we'll send you a secure payment link.

7. Confirmation

The Custom Tribute is confirmed only after quote approval and payment.

Flower substitutions

Certain flowers may be seasonal or unavailable.

Where the exact requested flower cannot be sourced, we may discuss an appropriate alternative with you.

Cemetery requirements

Custom arrangements must comply with the rules of the relevant cemetery.

Some requested designs, items or placement methods may not be permitted.

Customers should provide as much detail as possible, including:

Payment

There is no requirement to pay at the initial enquiry stage.

Payment is requested only after the custom quote has been approved.
